Aaron Rosenberg is a technology and strategy leader focused on artificial intelligence, research-driven companies, and organizational scaling. He is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where he leads investment activity and operations across the firm's London and European portfolio, with a focus on frontier AI companies.

Previously, Aaron served as Head of Strategy & Operations at Google DeepMind, where he worked closely with leadership in the Office of the CEO during a period of rapid growth in advanced AI research and deployment. His work spanned scaling research-driven teams, business planning and resource allocation, and establishing the organization's trust, safety, and ethics governance mechanisms as it grew.

Prior to DeepMind, Aaron was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised global leadership teams on strategy, transformation, and organizational design. He also served as Deputy Chief of Staff to McKinsey's Global Managing Director, supporting firm-wide strategic initiatives and executive operations.

Aaron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Economics, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is currently completing a Master's in Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania.
